Derek was considerate and professional in explaining his evaluation and options to me.
Zac was knowledgeable, professional and efficient throughout his time at my home.
Zac is the MAN! after being ripped off by a different hvac company, Zac came out, checked EVERYTHING completely. just as we were about to conclude i needed a new compressor....he caught something i don't think anyone else would...the plug from the capacitor to the compressor was partialy UNPLUGGED!! its so tight in there, and no way for an animal to get in.....but yet it got unplugged and a dangerous situation existed. so TY Zac from me, and my entire family for your profesional attitude, and the great job you did! (note to the owners....ya'll better give that man a RAISE, cuz if "I" were in the business, i would snactch him up in a heart beat to work for me!!
Blake was very professional and thorough. We appreciate his efforts in keeping our system functioning properly.
They have always come to my rescue when I had a problem. Of course, most of the time, the problem wasn't discovered until after work. They have always come on the same day and had my system running before they left. The Technicians are always very nice and polite. The call center always makes me feel as if I'm the most important person to call that day!

Upon arrival system was on in cool and thermostat was satisfied at 72 I asked homeowner for filters to replace and container of bleach Homeowner stated that he is comfortable changing out his own filters but provided me with bleach to test drain line I lowered thermostat to keep unit operational during the maintenance and went into attic Upon arrival into attic I checked deltas and had 18° of cooling I then checked the electrical connections and made sure they were all secure I then checked blower motor and fins Fins did have some buildup on it but motor was in good condition I then checked Evaporator coil which also has some buildup on it but was still in good condition Lastly I checked drain line, but before pouring anything down I noticed drain pan was rusted up. I started with pouring some bleach down the line then I chased with water I got to about 1 gallons down the line and when I started to pour the second I started having water come out of the secondary. I then waited for

Made an estimate for 2 new outlets in a kitchen and will make a follow up phone call on Tuesday to find the outcome of their decision
For this evaluation customer stated her system was making a squeaky sound and he's stopped cooling. When I showed up the blower was running so I switched it to cooling and the system was running fine. The capacitors were within tolerance and refrigerant levels were good however the fan motor was overamping and getting really hot. With this customer being P&L I swapped out the fan motor for a new one. After doing so the system was functioning well and The system was blowing out at 62⁰ upon departure.
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home. The system was running but not cooling when I arrived, it is a 26 year old gas system. My guages showed that the system was critically low on refrigerant, I performed a leak search on the outdoor unit, and a partial leak search on the indoor unit, I couldn't get to the back of the coil and I couldn't leak search the part of the lineset that ran underground. I shared my findings with Rick and advised him to talk with a CA about replacing the system. We booked a CA appointment for Tuesday 28th from 12-3.
